A 3-Day Park-to-Park ticket with the Volcano Bay add-on gives you access to all of Universal Orlando’s parks:
- Universal Studios Florida
- Islands of Adventure
- Epic Universe
- Volcano Bay (via the add-on)
“Park-to-Park” means you can move between the theme parks (Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Epic Universe) on the same day without needing separate single-park tickets. The Volcano Bay add-on then gives you entry to the water park as well, on any of your 3 valid days — which lines up well with your plan to hit Volcano Bay on the 13th, Epic Universe + Islands of Adventure on the 14th, and Universal Studios on the 15th.
One thing worth double-checking: Volcano Bay admission is typically one visit per ticket, not park-to-park hopping into the water park multiple days — so make sure your add-on covers a single Volcano Bay day (which matches your 10/13 plan).
