Trip Email Address
What is my Trip Email Address?
I create a “Trip Email Address” for my clients specifically for use during the booking processes.
The email uses the unique part of your personal email address (before the @) that you provided to me, but replaces your email provider (after @) with cerchio.com.
Example: If your personal email is happytraveler@yahoo.com, your assigned trip email address will be happytraveler@cerchio.com.
Why do you need a trip email?
I book components for your trip while looking to save you money where practical. One of the ways may involve the booking of “Member Rates“. If you don’t have a member rewards number for a particular chain or property, with your permission I will create one using your trip email address and a trip password.
During the trip, I will retain access to the booking so I can manage it for you. You will have access to the booking as well. After the trip is completed, you can update the email address and change the password — it is your account.
I also set up email forwarding for your trip email address. So, using the example above:
