What is my Trip Email Address?
I create a “Trip Email Address” for my clients for use during the booking processes.
The email is the unique part of your personal email address that you provided to me, with your email provider (after @) replaced by cerchio.com.
For example, happytraveler@yahoo.com is assigned a trip email address of happytraveler@cerchio.com.
Why do you need a trip email?
I book components for your trip while looking to save you money where practical. One of the ways may involve the booking of “Member Rates”. If you don’t have a member rewards number for a particular chain or property, with your permission I will create one using your trip email address and trip password.
During the trip, I will retain access to the booking so I can manage it for you. You will have access to the booking as well. After the trip is completed, you can update the email address and change the password; it is your account.
I also set up email forwarding for your trip email address. So, using the example above:
Should a tour provider or hotel send an email to your “trip email address” used in the booking, the message will be forwarded. For example,
- 📧Best Western sends an email ➡️happytraveler@cerchio.com
- Cerchio.com forwards the email to:
- ➡️travel@cerchio.com (agent)
- ➡️happytraveler@yahoo.com (client)
