- 🛬 Airport: 60 minutes (starts from actual landing if delayed)
- 🛳️ Port / 🚆 Train / 🚌 Bus Station: 30 minutes
- 🏨 Hotel / Other Location: 20–30 minutes (check your booking confirmation)
Drivers monitor your flight/ferry from departure—no manual updates needed.
Waiting time starts from your selected pickup time (or actual arrival if delayed). Allow extra buffer at airports for customs, baggage claim, etc.
💬 Extra Waiting Time & Charges
- 🚗 Sedan: €6.00 per 15 minutes
- 🚐 Minivan: €9.00 per 15 minutes
- 🚌 Minibus: €12.00 per 15 minutes

What if my flight/ship is delayed?
Your driver tracks flights/ferries for delays. If delayed, pickup adjusts automatically—no extra worry! For complete cancellations or uncertain new times, contact Customer Support for a coupon or full refund.
