Mobility Assistance
Airlines and Viking will accommodate travelers that require mobility assistance and devices, but there are some requirements (Delta, Viking) that require prior notification. For example, wheelchairs brought on Viking River Cruises require pre-approval of the device, and a fit to travel letter signed by a physician.

Rollator Walker with Seat
Some devices do not require pre-approval, such as a rollator walker with a seat. Viking staff are prohibited in assisting in any way with the devices, so if you bring it, you have to carry it. This rollator walker from Amazon is more suitable for the rough and cobblestone sidewalks and streets that you may experience in Europe’s cities and towns.
