What is Princess EZair? Princess EZair is Princess Cruises’ built‑in flight booking service that lets you secure airfare directly through the cruise line. It offers competitive pricing, flexible fare options, and added protection if airline delays impact your cruise. It’s designed to make your travel planning easier and more reliable from the moment you leave home.
When do EZair flights become available? Airlines release their schedules about 330 days before your return date, not your departure date. EZair follows this same timeline. If your cruise is still outside that window, the system may not recognize your booking number yet—this is normal. Once your sailing is within the airline release window, EZair will automatically unlock and display available flights.
What are the benefits of booking through EZair? Princess EZair offers two fare types—Flexible and Restricted—so you can choose the level of flexibility you need. Flexible fares allow changes with no fees, while Restricted fares often provide lower pricing. Both options include Princess’s travel protection, meaning if your airline delays cause you to miss the ship, Princess will assist with re‑routing at no extra cost.
Can I change my flights after booking? Yes. If you select a Flexible Fare, you can modify your flights without penalty. Restricted fares may have limitations, but both fare types are protected under Princess’s “Late Arrival Protection,” giving you peace of mind if travel disruptions occur.
Where do I access EZair? You can access EZair through your Manage Booking page on Princess.com. Once your sailing is inside the airline release window, you’ll be able to view flight options, compare fares, and book directly through your cruise reservation.
